A Film from McCann Istanbul That Makes You Love Monday Syndrome

This film, which aims to bring young people with Down syndrome into employment, appeals to both employers and parents. This film takes our attention from the first second with these lines: "This syndrome can be a problem for some. But not for me..." Then we watch a young person with Down syndrome leaves home alone and make a journey through the city. During the trip, she tells us why she loves this syndrome, what the syndrome she is experiencing adds to her. While we thought we were listening to his ideas about Down syndrome, the film ends with the impressive words of our teenager who arrived at the workplace: “Long live the Monday syndrome!” Sıla, who makes many faces smile with her acting and voice in the lead role, is one of the young people participating in the association's Job Coach Supported Employment Program and is currently actively working.  Just like Sıla, 121 more young people with Down syndrome are adding +1 value to employment in 21 different companies in 14 provinces thanks to this program.
